If the internet were a planet, and websites were nation-states, would you be patriotic about 4chan?
>>591988
>patriotic
No, I would be a nationalist.
>>591988
Meh.
>>591988
no because i'm actually from reddit lol
I would be somewhat patriotic about a couple boards. But not for the whole site.
>>592001
You gotta go back.
>>591988
Amanchu is a good anime
>>592001
reddit's mascot is an ayylien
>>591988
I wouldn't mind visiting, but under no fucking circumstances would I ever carry a 4chan passport.
>>591988
4chan would be like a collection of warring states.
>>592004
Sounds like good ole USA
If 4chan were a country it'd be too riddled with regionalism to properly function as a nation-state. And Reddit would be the fucking Holy Roman Empire.
>>592072
Reddit? Nope. Google, facebook, youtube, there are plenty bigger sites
>>591988
Yes.
I use nearly no other websites.
I would have to flee the country, lest I get executed for degeneracy.
>>591988
What would nonwebsites like Usenet groups and IRC channels be?
To a degree, I suppose. I think it's more about imageboards in general as they serve as inheritors of the older internet which I enjoyed as a child.
4chan is pretty much federalized- I can't say I would be nationalistic about /b/ or /soc/ or many others.
4chan=India

>too riddled with regionalism to properly function as a nation-state. And Reddit would be the fucking Holy Roman Empire.
do you understand what you just wrote?
the holy roman empire was a loose conglomerate of various cities, duchies and states with poor central rule. its exactly what you think 4chan would be
>>592375
Hey man! That's a cool meme
>>592411
Thanks.

She's saying Reddit has it even worse than we do.
