That'd be 1chan dot us. You register an account and they send you a confirmation email. You can choose to post anonymously or with your registered username. Every user has a profile page so it works as a weird hybrid between an imageboard and a traditional BBS forum. Instead of several different boards everything is on one board but with a tag system to narrow it down to your interests. I hear it was really active when it was first made but like all alternate-chans it quieted down rather quickly and has been quite slow ever since.
