>soon I will have spent 3 years on 4chan which is new according to some arbitrary standards and I already feel like I wasted too much time here
How the fuck do people spend over 5 years here? Are you so pathetic you have nothing better to do?
>>586056
Wait so you're the one feeling bad and are calling others pathetic? Who says just because you've been here for a while that it's all you do or have in life? There's no requirement that you have to spend hours a day here.
Just because I've gone to the same restaurant occasionally over the past 10 years in no way means I have "nothing better to do".

yes

this
You already spent 3 years here OP, what makes you think 5 years is so much harder / different?
>>586061
This. Op is retarded.
>hurr oh man I've been here for 3 years
>durrr how can you be here for 5 years? That's pathetic :B
Good job at making a fool out of yourself, but don't worry we're all Anon here.
Just what this place needed. More shame.

Nobody truly cares how long you've been here. It's not like you can't lie that you've been here since 2004.

I grew up on 4chan, it's shaped me in many ways. Most my hobbies are directly influenced by 4chan, my way of thinking about stuff is shaped by 4chan, etc.
4chan is just a really cool society of stuff and personalities.
And I'm gonna stay here til it's gone, since there's new stuff to find every day, every hour, every minute - if you just look a bit.

Staying here for "so long" is the easiest thing in the world to accomplish. Literally all you have to do is let time go by. I started browsing 4chan a few years ago, and even if I stop browsing for a week or two at a time, or have a few months where I barely visit, that will always be the date I started using this place. It's not like there's a membership fee, or literally anything required of me.
