every "cuck"-spewing teenager on this site, or on other sites but clearly idolizes this one, seems utterly fascinated by pictures of anime girls.
I watched Evangelion legitimately prior to some of these people even being born in the first place, assuming some of them are as young as 13. I no longer see it the same way because of their re-purposing of it.

The way I see it is if it gets even some of them legitimately interested in anime, then maybe in a few years they won't be such shitty edgy fags like they are now on /pol/.
As it is generally a silly medium that doesn't take itself seroously, that might teach them that not everything is a life-or-death important matter, that trying to be a clever schemer overanalyzing shit will sometimes get you nowhere because they'll be straining for connections and "messages" that just aren't there in anime until they realize that and yet enjoyed some shows anyway for authentic entertainment instead of thinking "is it preaching shit I condone or not" like how they look at everything now. Anime commonly doesn't preach fucking anything and this might blow their mind that not everyone/thing is out to get them, and lord knows they need to take it easy the most, considering their tryhard edge about any real life topics.
