Why do the mods of /pol/ refuse to delete religious threads like >>>/pol/80042337
They have nothing to do with news, politics or political incorrectness, yet they are allowed to stay.
You've probably figured this out already, but the rules have very little say in how /pol/ is moderated.
If the community is interested, it will stay up. I'm only a semi-regular on the board, but I reckon that the community is interested in religion threads.
>>584321
Let me also add that only a minority of /pol/acks are Christian, and even if a majority were Christian these threads would be offboard.
>religion
>nothing to do with politics
you uncultured swine, stop posting
>>584321
>but I reckon that the community is interested in religion threads.
It's not about religion threads. /pol/ _is_ interested in religion threads for example when the pope holds a speech. But the threads like I posted are about pushing Christianity.
>but the rules have very little say in how /pol/ is moderated.
The rules and the sticky are clear. /pol/ topics are about news, politics, political incorrectness etc, not about pushing Christianity or Islam.
>>584326
I didn't say the rules aren't clear, I said they're not enforced.
>>584325
"Hail Mary, /pol/" has nothing to do with politics.
>>584326
Imagine how shit /pol/ would be if mods followed global rule 3 to the letter. In the same way, /pol/ isn't strictly 24/7 politics, for the benefit of the posters.
>>584330
>Imagine how shit /pol/ would be if mods followed global rule 3 to the letter
Would make /pol/ better.
>>584331
No, trying to remove racism and catchphrases from /pol/ is both futile and not what the /pol/ community wants.
>>584321
I tip my fedora to you good sir.
Mods, please rid my neo-nazi forum of this menace
>>584326
Christianity is part of western civilisation, which the person known as /pol/ is trying to save.
>>584321
everything is politics
>>584336
>Christianity is part of western civilisation
A lot of things are part of western civilization. Doesn't mean threads about the newest computer games, trousers or LEGOs should be a /pol/ topic.
>>584338
Enjoy your daily pray to Allah threads then.
>>584339
They aren't as big parts of it. I think there's worth in discussing it. Usually it's only one thread anyway
>>584341
"Hail Mary" is not a political discussion.
>>584340
You are such a fucking faggot holy shit
>>584336
>Christianity is part of western civilisation
So is polio and other diseases. What's your fucking point? Religiousfags are not welcome 4chan and the insufferably fucking obnoxious new wave of christfags really need to take the fucking hint.
>>584675
This.

Did you just get Internet in the Bible Belt?
>>584321
>>584683
>>584696
>>584321
But there you guys have always threads about Islam, what's wrong with having a thread about Christanity then?
>>>/pol/80135609
>>>/pol/80099281
>>584699
It's ABOUT Islam, not FOR Islam, not "Praise Muhammad".
>>584698
>there are a majority of people on 4chan now who complain about degeneracy
It's like I'm living in a bizarro world.
>>584713
Once we have Twitter integration the cycle will be complete.
>>584713
>there are a majority of people on 4chan now who complain about degeneracy
there aren't.
