If it's got genitals, female nipples, anuses, gore, and/or literal actual feces, it's NSFW.
Occasionally, things that *almost* show the above or are particularly sexual despite not showing the above will also be swept up, but that's not common overall.
Text is always SFW no matter how raunchy it is. Endless strings of profanity, dumb frogposts, and things that aren't actually your job aren't something your boss wants to see on your screen, but don't fall under NSFW on 4chan.
