So I submitted a banner for the ocntest, and nobody voted for it. Will it still be displayed or will only the winning entry be displayed?

So they're going to dipslay just one banner? They aren't even going to cycle it?

It only says that one person gets the pass, but it's possible that a few could be cycled.
Hopefully none of the awful meme garbage is used, though.
