>reply to random thread
>get banned for not reporting it
I mean I appreciate the personal message but the Jani must be really fucking pissed
Was it an easter thread?
>>575606
Doesnt the jani suggest bans to the mods?
>>575603
It was a variation of one
This is like a cop shooting an innocent bystander because he didn't help catching a criminal.
I got warned or briefly banned for making a report. I reported my own post because I had to explain what was going on, but that was of course not allowed since mods always know everything perfectly and we shouldn't imply they don't. I haven't reported anything since then.
>>575616
Mods seem to be having a bit of a tantrum there, randomly deleted one of the generals. He's probably pissed off because of all the easter threads, I wonder if he banned all the other people that replied to them
>>575625
hope so.
>>575597
some mod is having a hissy fit right now, hopefully it gets taken care of but I doubt it
Responding to garbage threads and posts is always a bad idea. Stop feeding them the (You)s they make those posts for. Report them instead.
If everyone did this 4chan would be 75% fixed within a week.
>>575644
>>575648
Do you guys think this thread deserved to be deleted? I feel like mods going overboard
4chan would be better off without mods, period.
>>575651
That post as it is written is just inane.
>>575658
I did not post the thread, I have no clue if it was serious or not
>>575660
It isnt that bad compared to most of the other threads posted there though, I wonder what reason the mod gave the anon for deleting it
Kek, this is from some guy in /brit/
>>575663
True, it isn't as bad as it gets. But half of /int/ deserves to be banned at any given time.
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who got a personalized, smugish ban message
>>575597
>actually getting a ban message instead of the usual copypaste shit
why don't they do this more often
>>575597
don't worry OP, it's an empty promise, I've replied to rule breaking threads before after reporting them and still gotten global banned/warned
>>575597
The easter threads are 10x better than the rest of /int/. Fuck are they stupid and annoying, but fuck me is it funny.
I just got this a minute ago
I dont post on /tv/ and i wasnt on it at the time
>>576133
do you have a dynamic IP?
>>575651
Very much so, yes, it's GR6 as fuck. With that inane pseudo-question it's basically just a shitposting thread.
>>575597
Jannies can ban people now?
>>576133
>2014
>>575597
I hate to be that guy but I get banned over vague things like "shitposting" while other people shamelessly break the rules and get away with it. I've stopped caring a while ago but you aren't alone in feeling that you've been unjustly punished, OP.
>>576133
You got banned for a post made 2 years ago?
>>575937
post it
>>576375
The three day ban you can get for "complaining about 4chan" is ridiculous. And speaking of feeling unjustly punished, I just got back from a whopping two week ban for posting http://desuarchive.org/co/thread/83840284/#83841300
Now, I get that it's lewd, but two weeks? Porn spammers don't get more than three days, let alone shitposters, who can get off with a warning. Calmly asking about this in my appeal got me a denial within 30 minutes. I'd have gladly sat out a three day ban.
>>576080
but they clear the board of any relevant discussion and leave only the generals standing
that isn't "better", that's much much worse
>>576133
Just realized that 2014, memes apart, was 2 years ago. What the fuck, I swear that it was, like, 7 months ago.
>>575597
>/int/
There's your problem.
There's a new Janitor who is autistic and trying to mold the board into his image.
>>577014
There's another problem there: /co/ is a shithole ruled by Redwood, so bans are practically handed out at random over there.
>>577014
No tits, not ass, no nipples; at's not even real lewd. Two weeks for that is fucking bullshit.
>>577134
>that's*** not even real lewd
