I doubt it'd get that much traffic. I'm judging this based on how /a/ threads for female oriented anime and the BL/Otome thread on /vg/ have trouble staying alive. /cm/ and /y/ also don't really seem like active boards either. Let's get the obvious one out of the way first. Men are going to post here, some may pretend to be female, and nothing will stop them. Unless we want this board to become a gender war playground we should let anyone post as long as they follow the rules of the board (revolutionary, right?).
Second is the name. Despite the fact that fujoshi doesn't mean NEET, as many anons have pointed out, I still think /fu/ would be a good name for the board. Not only can it apply to fudanshi as well as fujoshi, but the whole "rotten" meaning really fits well with the board idea.
Anyways, these are just my ideas. I would really like to see a board like this and I will cheer it on all the way.
A board for blogging is an awful idea- look at /r9k/ or /lgbt/, and they weren't even intended for that. (I still don't know why moot made /lgbt/)
Your best bet is to search other imageboards, if stuff like lolcow exists then there must be more out there.

To be honest, /lgbt/ is as based as you can get as far as lgbt forums go. For every blog post thread you have a legitimate discussion thread as well. There is literally no other place on the internet where we can discuss this kind of shit at this level. I, for one would love to see a /fu/ thread just so girls (and guys) can discuss their hobbies without being forced to abide by the rulings of SJWs.
