I mean we have a board for fucking text adventure games, so I'd be surprised if no one has had this idea yet.

I'm not so sure about that. I have a few acquaintances who made a fair amount of money (at least several thousands of dollars) through online poker. Of course there's chance involved but if you're smart you can win.
I know very little about gambling myself, but there should be some place here for OP to discuss gambling at least.
