Australia has been range banned on /v/ on and off for the past few months. Interestingly when we haven't been able to post, the board grows noticeably worse. I know Americans in particular like to joke about how Australia is home to the worst shitposting but the reality is that the larger concentration of Americans on a board, the worse the board is.

No idea about any others though if it is Telstra and Optus and it is a proper range band, it will likely mean pretty much every ISP will result in this ban message.
