Unless it's a Trump pic OP, they'd have to actually make the effort to read the post. Jannies and mods only ever delete porn, gore, CP and such because they can see it's a rule violation at a glance. They don't care otherwise.

This could be easily fixed with a "reason" field in the report system, or a drop-down menu.
