So after the Admoon "fixed" the hacking problem by temp-banning all of Russia, /f/ has this problem where no file bigger than about 9000kb can be uploaded without a nginx error "Request Entity Too Large". The board limit for .swf files is 10240kb, but every file I try to upload bigger than 9MB causes the server to spit back. I can be sure this is not a local problem, since it's a server response, and note (via 4plebs record) that since the boards were down, no file this big has since been posted... a number were posted just before.
So the question is,
will the techies fix this, or is this an unpublished reduction in the size limit?
Reducing the limit after having it 10MB for a few years now will strip /f/ of much of the content that's become part of its recent culture, not that anyone cares.
I just thought I'd ask, even though I know the chans' techies are always on top of shit.

People still use /f/?
Since fucking when?

more than /n/ :^)

Did you post this to /feedback? You probably have a better chance there.

Thanks, will do.

/f/ has eternal summer syndrome, so while it gains a lot of new people they don't stick around usually.
