I really don't know! I love them all for different reasons. I don't have a favorite waifu or anything like that.
I like roleplaying as Cirno the most though because she's a specific kind of stupid that is kinda proud and ditzy at the same time, and avatarfagging with drawings of Cirno tends to help signal to the person I'm arguing with that I'm not serious, and it keeps them from getting upset.

I really like Yukari! I even named Mika's fast-travel portals after her. Instead of saying, "Opened a Portal" or "Opened a Gap" it said "Opened a Yukari" in my quest thread.
My favorite portrayal of Yukari is the way she's portrayed in the Touhou Mother and Return of Touhou Mother series. She's so smart and dubious and hard to read. She thinks about things in really weird ways and comes to conclusions that seem correct, but they don't make any initial sense. You can really STUDY her actions and work out what she was thinking when she came to them. I LOVE IT. She's like this ALIEN who is lazy!
A similarly good portrayal happens in Touhou-A-Live but she talks too much in that game and explains her evil plan too much.
