While /pol/ may feel like a garbage bin, the problem with this "Grazy Rouble" general is that it is full of Russians who refuse/unable to speak English. They post in moonrunes and inhabit /pol/ now solely because they were chased away from every other place.
Not only that, they're bumping the general with moonrunes spam to keep it alive.
Please, either force them to follow the rules or move their general back to /int/.
