Every mod and janitor should have an ID number, and it should be included in the table on https://www.4chan.org/bans.
The table should also be expanded to include a random sample of dismissed reports.

How to fix moderation: You can 'appeal' every ban.
>>554499
We need mods that would work against chan culture because chan culture translate into "i want to be allowed to shitpost and i want my shitposting to be acceptable." We need less mods that don't give a fuck about the boards they are supposed to be moderating like for example /v/. It is not a containment board no matter how low quality it's userbase is. It will only get worse if you constantly turn a blind eye IE allow chan culture to be law.
>>554513
No you can't.
Also notice how there are no 4-day bans in that picture?
>>>/int/60468521
this will probably stay up for 6 hours
The moderation on this site is fucked and cannot be fixed.

Meanwhile, I got warned for reporting a colombian that was spamming pictures of trannies in /sp/
The mods/janitors simply do not give a shit about 4chan.

>Meanwhile, I got warned for reporting a colombian that was spamming pictures of trannies in /sp/
This sort of behavior is why we need dismissed reports on the list, not just bans.
It's be really
really really
really
nice
if the mods checked /int/'s report queue
>>554569
>It's
It would be*
Here's hoping the feds shut down this site for not dealing with child pornography and the mods get arrested and raped in prison.
someone on /a/ got warned for saying top kek

Also image macro and also antisemititism
>>554686
>antisemititism
or you could just stop being butthurt because your garbage was deleted a little sooner than you'd like on a site where everything is deleted eventually.
>>554522
That's what I meant. Make it so every ban is able to be appealed, so certain mods stop using it to punish people for posting things they do not agree with. Make sure the appeal doesn't go to the mod that banned them and a list of denied appeals are viewable to all other staff.
>>554806
It would be an improvement, but I think we'd just see mods start to delete people's posts with without issuing bans.

Cancer is a meme.
>>554862
>Cancer is cancer
So?
>>554866
Memes are memes.
>>554828
That's what they should be doing in the first place.
>>554499
You should make a chan that works that way and if people like it better, we'll join it!
>>554499
Why the fuck do you want the mods to be tripfags? Fuck you, Anon.
>>555081
They should be enforcing the rules instead of deleting things they don't like and dismissing reports for their own spam.
>>554681
>obvious /pol/ crossboarder
>got banned
/a/ is pretty good these days.
>>555267
/a/'s moderation has actually stepped up since the past few years. Some of the shitposting has gotten worse and there are more newfags, but the mods and janitors are consequently doing a much better job at removing obvious 3DPD, corssboarder bait, and off topic shit.
