How would you feel if there was a board called /xx/ about females? It would have general discussion about women and overall the female gender.
HOWEVER, in order to stop fags pretending to be girls, there could be a system similar to IDs that indicates your gender.
So here's how it works. Your gender is determined by whether you have or when you post. Everyone by default has a when they begin posting. However, if you are ACTUALLY a girl who is interested in posting, you can change into a by sending proof to the mods in an email that you are in fact of the female gender, and once confirmed they can grant your IP access.
The email could be sent similar to how you might submit a report with a link above the board saying "Want to prove you're a girl?" or something like that.
That way people using the board have a better means of communication, and not everything results to autistic RPing.
