Why don't we just move shota and loli stuff from /b/ to /trash/? Hell, move all of the porn shit on /b/ to /trash/.
/b/ isn't really random anymore since it's just mostly porn threads all of the time, moving it all to /trash/ would just make /b/ better. It would also stop shota and loli threads from being raided.

the original early userbase were SA goons from ADTRW and FYAD. /b/ was the no rules board (to a somewhat extent) so loli was only allowed there
