Both boards are super slow and frequented by the same people, half the time people want to post /cm/ content on /y/, and there are plenty of series I'd like to porndump that don't have enough shit to fill a thread
The only real problem I can see this creating is a situation like /u/ where people treat a red board as if it's a blue board.
So why do fujoshits get two boards? It doesn't serve us very well.
Also, at the very least give us stickies. Fucking hell. The community will write them if you need us to.

A lot of the stuff on /cm/ is sfw shota anyway.
There are other boards should be merged, too. If the communities are made up of the same people and the topics are similar, there should be no reason not to just merge the boards.

That's not the same community, then. A lot of split boards like that have diverged.
/y/ and /cm/ are the sfw and nsfw versions of the same board. There's literally no topic difference otherwise.
