Anyone know how to setup this guitar?

This is a right handed guitar with a reverse headstock. Those are hipsot open back locking tuners that are staggered. The top two don't have enough space to fit the string through the hole. Is this done correctly?

I did go to mu no one responded. The issue I'm having is that the posts are staggered leaving only enough room to fit maybe a .15 string. Beings that it's a right handed guitar but a flipped head. How am I supposed to set it up.
