How would you respond to this type of poster?
"You are insecure/projecting/emotional, and any response to me proves that you are insecure/projecting/emotional."
My solution is calling them out on this and telling them it is flawed logic.

People like that are just thrilled somebody is responding to them
Really, if you have that weak knee-jerk reaction of "p-p-projection!" You probably are unskilled in handling any kind of conflict because nobody wants anything to do with you. So I just ignore them.

When they try to be your armchair psychologist, you have to do the same thing. Just say a variation of this:
"You seem to be lashing out at others and try to act superior, this is because of deep rooted insecurities you have had since childhood. I think you are hurt, and I was not the one who hurt you. You are lashing out at something - or someone - else."
