Simple. Because there was mod that had a vendetta against the monstergirl threads on /a/ and let loose his gang of shitposters on them to destroy them. So there was a split and the people that wanted to discuss MGE and monstergirls in general moved to /jp/ and the ones that liked EMG stayed in /a/. There's no real reason for them to be moved again other then you not liking it.
