In this instance, words that aren't real words are the only thing you need to type. The one after it is a shot of an actual sign, be it pictoral or verbose, and doesn't need to be typed in correctly. For example, your captcha can be solved by typing:
Mifoucher niggers
Google are trying to trick you into doing their work for them, the word that isn't an actual word is the only thing you need to type, the real world they want you to fill in for them I always write completely wrong.
