The moderation on /v/ is atrocious

How is it that someone can get a three-day ban for making an allegedly off-topic /v/ thread about how the Angry Birds movie is the most successful video game film of all time, but a thread about some e-celeb's receding hairline is apparently A-Okay, and stays around for hours (over five now) on end?
>>
People bitch if you delete them, people bitch if you don't. You literally can't win when you're a /v/ mod.
>>
what someone does with their twitter profile picture is videogames too

That actually is video games. It's a Wisp from Sonic Colors. Not gonna look at the thread though.

>talking about some shitty e-celeb's twitter handle is videogames

This is tertiary bullshit at its finest. If it was a video on games people were commenting it would be understandable, now this is just some retarded e-celeb stalking/cocksucking shit of a thread.

Moderation has a fucking set of guidelines for moderation which has been set in stone on the frontpage for fucking years. All they need to do is do their fucking jobs, it's not hard. Off topic threads are to be deleted. Simple as piss. They are not here to win over hearts and minds, they are here to follow the rules and make those who do not, are punished accordingly. A mod is a complete pathetic piece of shit and nothing but genetic refuse, so whether or not people bitch at them or not is entirely irrelevant. They do not deserve to be offended or be emotionally attached to their roles because they are subhuman scum with only one redeeming value in their lives: doing their fucking jobs right.

A mod who can't follow the simple fucking rules ought be taken out the back and shot, for they can offer nothing else of value to humanity.

No it's fucking not, retard.
>It's a Wisp from Sonic Colors
Yeah, and people dress up as video game characters all the time, We even have a dedicated board for it. The subject of the colouration of an avatar of a youtuber is not video games. Kill yourself.

Not even gonna read your post.

Fisking is the only respectful way to respond to a post in detail. Anything else is like-as-not hand-waving garbage.

The should just be a /v/ related e celeb board. There's clearry people here who want to discus this stuff, so just make a board for it rather than this inconsistant moderating we currently have.
>>
There's literally no reason that this shouldn't be taken to /tv/ or /vg/.
