How do we stop /pol/ from leaking?

/pol/ is a good board, sure. But the people who go on /pol/ and like to talk about /pol/ topics can't seem to STAY on /pol/. They somehow have an urge to bring their views to non-/pol/ boards despite there actually being a containment board for them.

/tv/ is very badly afflicted with them right now.

>/pol/ is a good board, sure.

And so we find the latest technique of the increasingly desperate anti-/pol/ shill: flatter /pol/, but concern-troll about it "breaking out of containment".

Get used to seeing /pol/ everywhere, anon. The entire world is swinging back to the right and soon people who share the worldview of /pol/ will be invading even your most precious of safe-spaces.

/pol/ isn't leaking. The people you think are "from /pol/" are from the rest of the internet outside of 4chan and aren't used to being Anonymous. They think it empowers them to act a certain way and say and do things they wouldn't on twitter or reddit or facebook.

The existence of /pol/ is the only thing distracting them from posting on /tv/ or whatever board constantly.
>>
>>539269
i never post on /pol/, have used 4chan for years and have conservative opinions. 4chan isnt a leftist hugbox.

By realising nobody is forced to use just one board and that demographics will always cross over. Someone who likes both anime and cooking will lurk and post both on /a/ and /ck/. Someone who likes both guns and cars will lurk and post both on /k/ and /o/. Someone who likes both television and video games will avoid both /tv/ and /v/. People who hold conservative views and like anime, cooking, guns and cars will post on /a/, /ck/, /o/ and /k/.

The solution is to stop getting triggered by people holding views you oppose and thinking that they are somehow contaminating your safe space and realising that your kind of attitude would do best by fucking off to a certain other website where thought police pracitices are more accepted. You already have one hugbox, that is /his/. Take it there or accept the dynamic nature of the site instead of being a whiny little bitch.

That's pretty fucking ironic considered /pol/tards are the tumblrinas of 4chan. They are trigger niggers and routinely shit up entire unrelated threads with their autism the moment the find something which conflicts with their worldviews.

>That's pretty fucking ironic considered /pol/tards are the tumblrinas
Says the minge making whiny threads on a the sourpuss board telling the mods to stop the other boys from saying things he doesn't like. The same sourpuss that will derail an entire thread when someone uses the word nigger or something, engage the meanie in a shitflinging contest, then point fingers and whine about how that one person ruined the entire thread with the word "nigger" despite throwing at least 50 (You)s at the supposed literally Hitler.

The rest of the site leaks onto /pol/ far worse, there are an abundance of /b/, /tv/, /v/, /soc/ threads there at any one time, and you chucklecucks have the balls to bitch about /pol/ leaking? Get the absolute fuck out and stay out.
>>
>>539054
It's not the case that /pol/ is leaking onto other boards. In reality, most people on 4chan have those views so you will see them expressed anywhere on the website and not just the one board. /pol/ is a board for discussing politics, not merely a containment board for the politically incorrect to discuss any topic. People can be politically incorrect on any board as long as they're on topic. If someone wants to post about how they hate blacks on /tv/ then I don't see the issue if it's relevant to the thread. Usually this is the case when there are complaints about /pol/ on other boards meaning that it's merely a case of the person complaining not liking politically incorrect views. Seeing as most of the website holds those views, their best option is to either agree or agree to disagree rather than to try and mute the majority.

>Somebody mentions some negative behavior
>LOL JUST LIKE THOSE COONS!!! NIGGERNIGGERNIGGER DINDU WE WUZ KANGS N SHIT

The problem isn't that you have a right-wing opinions or that people are offended by it. If you think anyone's offended by racism or misogyny on 4chan, you're a newfag.

The problem is that your force your racialist, discussion on boards that simply do not pertain to that topic. How does posting about cuckoldry on /g/ help the discussion of technology? How does posting about feminism om /v/ help the discussion of video games? It doesn't. You're affixing a political lens to every topic and that's simply annoying.

I know you think shouting the word 'nigger' is some sort of revolutionary act and that you're fighting the good fight against the Jews or whoever the current boogeyman is, but in reality you're no better than the leftists who view everything through the the narrative of oppressor vs. the oppressed.

Just like people are annoyed when entertainment journalists make everything about women and misogyny even though the topic has fuck all to do with it, people are annoyed when you go to their board and post about Jewish conspiracies and your cuckoldry fetish.

1. I'm not OP
2. A thread on /qa/, a board for meta discussion, isn't the same as sperging out and spewing /pol/tard shit on every other popular board outside of /pol/.

You're an intellectually dishonest piece of shit responding from an emotional kneejerk to reading something which disagrees with your hivemind. Like I said:
>They are trigger niggers and routinely shit up entire unrelated threads with their autism the moment the find something which conflicts with their worldviews.
Which is exactly how you are behaving. This isn't /pol/. This isn't your hugbox.

>I really want the "/pol/ is one person" meme to fucking die.
It will die when the extreme majority of /pol/tards don't represent a fucking hivemind.

>you aren't wanted on 4chan

The problem isn't /pol/ it's newfags, the same problem 4chan has had since 2008. Newfags are why /pol/ spreads to every board, because lots of newfags start 4chan with /pol/ now rather than /b/, so instead of thinking 4chan = /b/ they think 4chan = /pol/ and spread it wherever they go. That's why /v/ and /tv/ are so strongly colored by /pol/'s ideologies, because those boards are also extremely newfag-accessible since they house discussion for two of the largest normalfag interests (TV and video games).

Newfags ruin everything and have been destroying this site for the better part of 10 years now.
>>
>>539054
test
>>
>>540733
It's because they don't lurk. Fresh blood is needed for discussion to not become stagnant, so it's a concomitant we have to deal with. I'm not saying that sudden influxes are welcome by the way.
I do think you raise a good point that many newfags start out on there though. A lot of /pol/acks value truth as more valuable than the ability to discuss it, which is also why too much redditgarbage has been tolerated. Anyway. I think this influences them to have an ideological tint in their posts, which is why people are annoyed abroad when crossboarders out themselves.
>>540690
>everyone else is mature enough not to care
Sadly the fags who post /pol/-tier shit aren't mature enough to keep shit on their own board. I browse /pol/ but I don't tolerate blatant shitposting from there when I'm on other boards.
This applies both ways, but /pol/'s post standard is lower in accordance with how popular it is.
I don't think the seemingly excessive concern for the /pol/ish question is unwarranted.
>>
>>540733
Where would be a good place for newfags to start?
>>
>>540810
Not that anon, but I don't think it's a problem in itself if they start on /pol/. It's more of a /b/ today than /b/ itself, after all.
But as that anon said, once they leave the board they need to acclimate to the new boards and not feel personally attacked when someone says they should stay on topic on a board with a topic.
>>
>>540826
>once they leave the board they need to acclimate to the new boards and not feel personally attacked when someone says they should stay on topic on a board with a topic.

This desu.

Posting funny pictures of black people and then spamming epic cuck memes is annoying.
>>
>>539128
I don't care. I don't want to see your piss-poor "political" argumentation all over the website. You have no respect for other boards and topics of discussion.
>>
>>540733
I like it when /pol/acks deny that their board is one of the main attractors of new posters to 4chan, and insist that most of the people who post on /pol/ today are the racist posters of early 4chan but all grown up. Then, when I point out that this is self-evidently retarded, some self-righteous faggot who found 4chan in 2014 tells me to return to Reddit.

I truly just can't get enough of it.
>>
>>540941

I don't see how anything he posted implies that.
>>
>>539054
>make fun of black people outside /pol/
>Autists get triggered
>argue with them because i know it makes them mad
>>
>>540352
If this was back in 2005 before reddit existed and you didn't have millions of faggots visiting the site today /pol/ would probably be the most popular board. /pol/ has the 3rd highest population on the site and the only reason /b/ and /v/ are still ahead is because of the extra posters they get from normie sites like reddit.
>>
>>541035
honestly if the US had a leftist government in the 2000's 4chan probably would've been right wing back then just to be contrarian. I don't understand why some faggots on /qa/ can't see this.
>>
>>541040

4chan is contrarian, /pol/ and 4chan is only right wing because that goes against the mainstream.

Because the mainstream on 4chan is right wingers then logically other people on 4chan take the left wing position of hating /pol/ and racism because it goes against the mainstream

>>541049
If there's one thing I want you to grasp from my post then it's that I don't think it's sensible of you to only see things in black and white(left wing or right wing). Is this an american habit?
Anyway, racism has been here forever. I know it's verboten on /co/, but who gives a shit about them.

It's been pointed out numerous times that posters with obvious ideological agendas should get shot because they're posting irrelevant shit. Do you think I want you to rant and post zionist awareness infographs when I wanted to talk about my BMW? Is it that hard to keep board subjects separate?
>>

We're not talking about ideological scholars here, we're talking about shitposters trying to troll

>>

Yeah but I never see anti-racist stuff outside of /pol/, unless you count interracial cuckposters.
/pol/ is currently the biggest boogeyman, but I think we can attribute that to the election, so it will gradually die down after that ends.
