I think it is pretty gross that someone would actually put on deodorant down there, yes. It doesn't matter if you see anything if it's something pretty gross. Pictures of vomit and stuff get deleted too.
If you get blocked or banned for that image being "NSFW", that's clearly a case of janitor/mods either not understanding the rules, or abusing their power.
Depending on what board/thread you are on, and what you posted with that image, a block for being off topic is potentially justified.
But the webm itself is clearly safe for work.
