Not seeing anything unusual in the post, but then I looked down and the filename of that webm is weird. I wonder if that's triggering it somehow. Just try renaming it to "butts.webm" and see what happens.

That file name is the default formatting shadowplay uses to name recordings, It is a simple date and time format. I've uploaded webms with the same name formatting before.
