I've spent over 7 days/168 hours so far on my first playthrough and have less than a handful of sidequests left before either starting newgame+ or waiting for Blood and Wine, then figuring out how to update my torrented version with that expansion.
That's nothing compared to the year+ worth of hours I've spent of 4chan in the past 12 years. That is the sort of regret which hits you like a brick while sobering up after a long week of binging.
