What is global rule 3? No, not the written one. The real one.

This image was cause for a ban for global rule 3, and was THE ONLY ONE IN THE THREAD to be deleted.
https://boards.fireden.net/tg/thread/47108901/#47118925

This image, posted by a different anon, was totally fine.
https://boards.fireden.net/tg/thread/47108901/#47188942

Please explain precisely in what way the former image broke global rule 3 and the latter did not. Please draw a line. Please teach me how to avoid being banned for actions that are evidently not against any rules unless I'm the one doing them.

>don't break rules
It is impossible to follow a rule that is unknown.
The sequence of words written on the rules page does not accurately describe which images are bannable and which aren't. Empirical observation of the mods' decisions only suggests that the content of the image itself is not important.
As it stands, different people are treated differently for doing the exact same thing. Once the mods have a grudge against an IP address, they will ban that IP address on sight simply because they can.
I don't even remember what I did to start this grudge.
If my actions are irrelevant to my punishment, what incentive do I have to change them?

>moderation is inconsistent, what else is new
A rule that only applies to people the mods don't like is useless and more damaging than no rule at all.
Please consider clarifying the written rules, so that anons can tell when they're going too far and have the option to restrain themselves.
I find it disgusting that you take pride in such an inevitability and openly encourage it, instead of promising to mitigate it as best you can, even if you really won't.

>complaining is against the rules
You're not giving me much of a choice, and this issue affects many people.

>you can leave
I already have. Please explain the rule anyway, for the benefit of others.
>>
the staff doesn't delete every rule violation. just because something slipped through, does not mean it was totally fine.

you take this site too seriously.

mods are extremely unlikely to respond, this isn't /q/.
>>

>the staff doesn't delete every rule violation.
But in the same thread, after every suggestive image was reported?
They had to have opened the thread and seen it was furfag central from start to finish. There's no way they could have been unaware.
>>
>>532409
very nice image in any case!
>>
>>532446
>They had to have opened the thread
not really

>There's no way they could have been unaware
lol. is this your first day here?

Please explain how a mod can make a decision to delete an image THAT WAS REPORTED TO THEM or not delete it, without looking at it, and still produce outcomes consistent with "these specific IP addresses are ALWAYS banned, everyone else is NEVER banned", as opposed to random chance.
If a mod simply deletes every image that is reported without looking at it, then every time I report one, I can expect it to be deleted. This does not happen.
If a mod makes arbitrary judgements based on how forgiving they happen to feel that day, then there wouldn't be any single IP address that is ALWAYS banned for even breathing over the line, everyone would have roughly the same odds. This does not happen.
>LOL U NEW U NEW U NEW U NEW U NEW :^)
Maybe I would understand the rules better if someone told me what they really are.
>>
>>532574
>everyone else is NEVER banned
Do you have a single fact to back that up?

>there wouldn't be any single IP address that is ALWAYS banned for even breathing over the line
Oh I see, you're just salty that you're banned for posting fur and scaly shit all the time. Just like any other furfaggot. Go back to >>>/trash/ you inhuman scum.l

Protip: you have no idea what happens to other people. Nobody does.

The world revolves around him, his feelings and his experiences.

I search archives to see which posts are deleted and which aren't. It only happens to my posts.
I report posts that break global rule 3 all the time and they don't go away.
I experiment by posting the exact same image from a different IP, and every time, the mods don't do anything about it.
Go ahead, post a furry image if you don't believe me. Post the exact same image. Nothing will happen to you.

Please explain why this image did not break global rule 3. It was reported, at least one mod was aware of it, and chose to let it slide.
https://boards.fireden.net/tg/thread/47108901/#47188942
If you cannot come up with a better reason than "mods are stupid" (which is a problem with me and not them because...) then I will not post more examples.
>>
>>532589
>It was reported
You know you can only report one post at a time, right?
>>
>>532585
If you don't believe me, just try to get banned by doing the exact same thing I did. You won't be banned. I promise.
>>
>>532596
Yes, and?
>>
>>532589
>It was reported, at least one mod was aware of it
Non sequitur, -10 points from Hufflepuff.
>>
>>532603
Please explain why.
Are you saying reports literally do nothing, as in there's no way for a mod to know that a report occurred, and the report button only exists as a joke?
I need to know.
>>
>>532606
I'm saying it's possible that it got overlooked.

What are you expecting from a handful of volunteers? That they be summoned by your every whim? How many moderators and janitors do you think this site actually has?
>>
>>532607
>How many moderators and janitors do you think this site actually has?
Enough to watch my home IP address like a hawk apparently.
>>
>>532611
Confirmation bias: the post.
>>
>>532612
Try it if you don't believe me. Try to get banned.
I'm doing it from my work IP right now. Nothing happened.
>>
>>532615
Have you considered maybe that someone reported you one time and then not a second time so you were getting away with it the second time even though it's still against the rules?
>>
>>532597
Why the fuck would I do anything that may get me banned? Unlike you, I come here to have fun together with other like minded people, and all of us are able to manage that without breaking or skirting any rules.

If you post cropped furry porn or sexualised (non explicit) images and get banned, just stop doing it.
>>
>>532618
>If you post cropped furry porn or sexualised (non explicit) images and get banned, just stop doing it.
Other people demonstrably don't have to stop doing it, or else those images wouldn't still be there. Why should I act any better than them? That doesn't make sense.
>>
>>532628
>I measure myself by comparing myself to others instead of by objective standards because I am a special snowflake and the world revolves around me.

Wow, grow up kid.
>>
>>532628
>Why should I act any better than them? That doesn't make sense.

This is why you have to look at furry porn to begin with isn't it? Grow the fuck up already and act like a reasonable Human being.
>>
>>532632
>>532634
Please explain why this image was not deleted when it was reported.
https://boards.fireden.net/tg/thread/47108901/#47188942
Is it not furry? Is it not sexualized?
If the mods look at it and think it's okay, then I can do the same thing and it will also be okay, right?
>>
>>532640
Because nobody payed attention to the report because mods had better things to do.
>>
>>532640
Missed it.
