Do you think you have a valid reason to hate Reddit, /qa/?

Do you think you have a valid reason to create another reddit thread?

There you have it.

Yeah, if your opinion doesnt match the opinion of the hive, then it's 1000000 vs 1 and no matter what you say, everyone will be ignorant because what the majority says, is true
>>
Low quality posters with bad taste and senses of humor. Since they've started coming here, I've definitely noticed a severe drop in the quality of posts as well as humor. /pol/, albeit shitty before, is completely unusable now, and not just because of moot's /pol/ocaust back in '14.

Redditors are used to making the same shitty jokes and making everything about their own posts rather than the topic as a whole. It's bad no matter how you look at it: on "serious" boards like /his/, they make discussion impossible because of their autistic dedication to worn-out jokes that ceased to be funny the minute they were told. On joking boards like /b/ or /pol/, they replace all former humor with constant memeposting and refuse to let anything go. They bridge the gap between social outcast who want to have a good time with their fellow outcasts and fairweather kids who want to look edgy and be envied by all their friends because "dude I knew the pepe meme before it was even cool!"

Look at wizchan: very few Redditors are there because they're waged all-out wat against them, and there's a noticeable difference. They stay on topic and have a good balance of joking threads, serious threads, etc. There's not a lot of shit to deal with. Granted, it's much smaller than 4chan, so the mods don't have so much work cut out for them, but still it just goes to show you.

Perhaps worst of all, they're everywhere, and there's not much that can be done about it unless we grow the fuck up, crowdfund so that we can hire enough mods, and purge the site of Reddit once and for all.

Please defend your case for Reddit not being a plague upon all of 4chan

>Pro censorship
>Employed people from the government to work with their site
>Actively bans or quarantines and subverts any subreddit that turns right wing or starts mocking SJWs
>Liberal hellhole hugbox
>Lost their warrant canary, so it's been compromised.

Also its full of faggots.
>>
>>531366
Yes I do.

and if you can't take the time to formulate a better OP or even search for the plethora of past /qa/ threads on this topic already, then why the hell should I take the time to formulate an explanation for you?

>Pro censorship
Like here.
>Employed people from the government to work with their site
The FBI has access to /b/s servers.
>Actively bans or quarantines and subverts any subreddit that turns right wing or starts mocking SJWs
Mods here actively ban and subvert discussion they don't like.
>Liberal hellhole hugbox
Most large boards here are fuck off huge hiveminds.
>Lost their warrant canary, so it's been compromised.
See: FBI having /b/ and now site owned by a criminal with millions of dollars worth of 円 owed to the Japanese government.
>Also its full of faggots.
Don't throw stones in glass houses, anon.

>LOL XDDD SO FUNNY!!! +1 UPBOAT!!!!
>spread the OC over the whole fucking internet
>normalfags and underages find out about the OC
>eventually find out about 4chan

Do you understand now why we hate reddit, 9gag, ifunny, ebaumsworld, gaia, digg, etc?
>>
>>532638
Reddit seems like the smart one in that situation. Tell me, why WOULDN'T you want to profit off someone else's work? Do you not understand how satisfying it is to make money without having to do shit?
>>
>>531549
That does not differ from 4chan and stop, using, so, many, fucking, commas, they don't indicate a pause.

I can't imagine all the awful karma a person that does that brings upon themselves.

I'll, post, whatever, the fuck, I want, friend.
>>
>>532656
Actually, they bring a lot of positive karma upon themselves. Don't you know how Reddit works?
>>
>>532656
Though for a serious response, you have to consider that most of these people are atheists and, as such, don't believe in divine repercussions. They're in for a real shock when they get to the afterlife.
>>
>>531585
Nice post. They also don't know shit about the site and basically don't lurk.
>>
I never see valid reasons to how reddit improved 4chan
>>
>>531585
One flaw in your argument: Reddit highly discourages repeating the same joke over and over. They look down on reposts. So to do that is not a reddit thing.

>>532696
This seems a bit ironic to say when you don't know much about THEIR site.

Exhibit A ladies and gentlemen:

Notice how the redditor is confused about the purpose of browsing a site with user comments and/or discussions.

He is too taken in by his own lust for gold and/or karma (a.k.a "look at me look at me" points) to understand how the artificial importance they've constructed leads to a hollow community experience, and that the things we value most here cannot possibly be stolen or even reproduced on his other site.

Remember kids, "memes" have been molded into nice little parcels of humor that can be inserted into any situation over the years due to the needs of these types of people, their broken website, and their fear of each other.
Never forget the 4chan-way.

>Censorship
I got warned more often for reporting what I consider spam/gore/porn/offboardtopic/mlp.... then banned for opening threads like that.
>/b/ and Agent Schmith
who cares, if one knows
>subverting mods

>hivemind vs. hugbox
You are whining because 4chan is more like a bare knuckle fight of discourses, everything goes, and for the rules, see censorship

Its the internet faggot, btw, see Agent schmith

If you like to swim against the stream, you better be a salmon, or ready to fight for your ideas and perspectives with all you got, including being able to adapt to what you call the """""hive""""
>>
>>532738
But 4chan has (You)s. They're almost as awesome "look at me look at me" triggers like the reddit karma and gold.
Only problem is that we don't make money from it.

Truly, we are all being morons on 4chan. Mods here do their job for free, and we attention-whore for free too.
>>
>>532744
On reddit your post would be down voted and hidden.

On 4chan, unless a mod is being a fag, your post is still there for everyone to read.

4chan doesnt make your shit opinion more valid, but it gives you a chance to argue it and have it be read.
