3: Every time you try to create a new thread you must answer a 300 question quiz on the history of anime.
4: If you post a picture that contains less than one handicapped person you should be banned forever.
5: If you choose any theme other than default you should receive a 20-day ban from the new and improved /b/.
6: All threads self-destruct after 30 seconds forcing fast conversation.
7: The only way to post an image is to have it approved by Hiro himself, also it will first go through a handicap test to make sure you are posting a picture of a physically disabled person, aka the only type of picture allowed on the site.
