I haven't seen /a/ do it too much but I visit a very limited selection of boards.
I think I can remember instances of this happening with /pol/, /g/, and /tg/, but the latter two not very recently.
Sometimes /r9k/ tries to do it, but all they can manage in their own defense is that all boards are shit.
