Behold the final solution to the /tv/ problem.
Pop culture is a board for sub genres of media that attain pop noteriety such as Marvel, DC and Star Wars. Not only will these universes fit well on the board, non /tv/ orientated discussion of people behind television and film will also fit on the board.
Simple rule on /tv/: if it's not directly linked to conventional television and film it goes on /pop/. Easy for mods and janitors to follow, right?
The thread will embrace any apposing argument if any and betters ideas to add upon the concept.

What does conventional mean

Conventional
/kənˈvɛnʃ(ə)n(ə)l/
Adjective
1. Google it yourself.
"I'm not spoon feeding you, faggot. Google it yourself".
>>514533
I asked because your usage of it in the context of your post was retarded.
>anything NOT linked to conventional tv/film goes to /pop/
>the board would be for Marvel, DC, and Star Wars - the most conventional material there is
>>514538
Please don't autistically not pick minimal wording error. The argument hasn't changed so fuck off unless you have something valuable to contribute.
>>514539
*nit pick
>>514512
I do like this idea.
>>514539
>I make a fundamental contradiction in my opening post
>Some guy asks for clarification
>Instead of rereading my post to see why he would ask a question like that, I turn into a belligerent idiot
might as well just let the thread die and then start over

You misunderstand the usage of conventional.
Conventional as in the most original form of television and film not based off of a franchise, adaption something linked to popular.
You confused my use of the word with your definition which would be appropriate if the case was a matter of taste and not media.

What's your fucking problem?
>>514550
*popular culture
>>514553
He's a 14 year old who is into "youtube culture."
>>514562
What? Fuck off you insulate child.
>>514512
No.
>>514571
Why?
I have the idea, you don't.
Unless your apposing argument is valid, which I doubt it is.
