*discussion is forced into general threads
*template threads dominate the rest of the board in forms of shitposting threads, /c/ image dumps, and memethreads
*earnest attempts at generating discussion goes overlooked/undercared
*adherence to the hivemind is valued more than individual expression
Solutions:
+remove the fucking generals
+remove all off topic threads which belong on either /c/, /jp/, /trash/ or /e/.
