Why was an anime/manga thread deleted from /a/? Not trolling, i really want to know.
>>481739
>anime/manga belongs on /h/
Everytime i try to start discussion threads on /h/ or /d/ it gets deleted for being "off topic". So obviously we can't discuss stuff like that on those boards.
>>481740
and this got deleted from /a/ as well.
Looks like your discussion topics have no place here.
>>481790
its anime/manga dude, it shouldn't be getting deleted from /a/.
>>481793
but it did. So here we are.
>>481795
so in other words it was mistakenly deleted?
>>481815
Yeah, it was mistakenly deleted from /h/.
>>481815
in other words it wasn't considered acceptable for different reasons on either board. Maybe try one of the catch-all boards to discuss your thing
Because /a/ is a SFW board, meaning that "princess sex slaves" are not allowed there, even if the discussion is otherwise on-topic.
>>481740
Huh ? Do you actually go on /h/ ?
>>481738
Just post what you want to discuss here
/qa/ is for all discussion
>>481967
Well there needs to be a reason why it was not considered acceptable, other than "dont post what i dont like!"
>>482037
Text is safe for work unless you are trying to say that anything that triggers a mod isn't allowed.
>>482047
Yes, do you? Discussion threads get deleted almost all the time on both /h/ and /d/.
If you don't believe me go start the thread on /h/ or /d/ and see what happens to it.
Or just look at the archive and see how many deleted threads there are when someone tries to start a discussion thread.
>>481740
trust me, you really wouldn't have gotten any discussion beyond "I like it" and anons posting lewd pics, which really is more suited /h/.
>>482107
but you cant start discussion threads on /h/ or /d/ because its "off topic".
>this /v/ermin thread
>>482135
i think you are in the wrong thread dude
>>481738
Shitty template threads for image dumps don't belong on 4chan.
Fucking deal with you braindead autist and learn how to promote conversation without this shitty "lewd/stupid image+lewd/stupid comment" OP nonsense. It's garbage that belong in /trash/ or simply deleted. Fuck every one of you faggots who are constantly spamming these template threads on /a/.
>>481738
Honest question, do you also start threads on /v/ with an image of Yumi from Ape Escape as the OP and the comment "What are some video games with lolis?
>>482307
Not OP, but I would really like to do that myself. I need more loli video games. But I've heard people get banned for that so I haven't.
I mean, I could ask /wsr/, but that board feels like it's becoming more and more useless every day. The people who can actually help don't stick around that board, they're on /v/.
>>482316
So you just HAPPENED to use a specific phrase that is used repeatedly for threads that always turn out to be /e/ imagedumps rather than actual discussion? Not like that doesn't describe 80% of threads on /a/ at this point anyway.
>>482318
Why do you think people get banned for it on /v/? Do you think people are actually going to name video games with lolis in them? Fuck no, they're just going to keep posting pics of Yumi and other lolis that may or may not be from vidya and say shit like "What's your favorite part of a loli, /v/?" that only succeeds in steering the discussion even further away from video games than it was previously. Shitposters do this with every thread that starts with "What are some video games," that's why it's a bannable offense, that what makes this and OP template threads.
It works every time because nobody on 4chan is apparently fucking mature enough to keep it in their pants for one goddamn second to actually answer a fucking question.
Maybe one day I'll finally leave.

>So you just HAPPENED to use a specific phrase that is used repeatedly for threads that always turn out to be /e/ imagedumps rather than actual discussion? Not like that doesn't describe 80% of threads on /a/ at this point anyway.
So...by your logic if a thread looks similar to an /e/ image dump it should get deleted.
Well your post looks like a /b/ shitpost so it should get deleted too by your logic.
Or if someone just happens to look like a terrorist they should get arrested. No need to wait till someone actually breaks the law right?
If people start dumping /e/ images, take action against THOSE people. Its simple logic. Otherwise you give a small group of users the power to control moderation...anytime someone wants a thread deleted, all they have to do is spam it and the thread gets deleted and they win.
A while back some retard was trying to get a RWBY manga thread deleted by spamming porn in it. He failed because the mod was only deleting the porn, but if the mod had been following your logic, the porn poster would have won and effectivelly gotten the power to control which thread gets deleted.
You are jumping to a lot of conclusions on what a thread "is" supposed to be and that's a slippery slope. For example, imagine if a mod assumes that you are just trolling and bans you now. See the problem with this?

God damn. /a/ mods confirmed for best mods on the site. Any other board, you spam the thread and they will just delete the thread. No wonder that idiot thought it'd work.
>>482073
>text is safe for work
pffffffffffffff
>>482071
No there doesn't
>>482316
>stop projecting
that wasn't projection you ignorant rube
>>482327
It doesn't look like a /b/ shitpost to me but yeah threads that look like /e/ should be banned from /a/. The whole point of /e/ and /c/ etc. is to shuffle that shit off /a/.
