If you screw up your suicide you can be charged with attempted murder of yourself in some places in the US. I guess if you look at it that way then Anons telling you to kill yourself are asking you to commit murder of yourself.

The Constitution overrides any law that many contradict it. Minnesota struck down a law that prevents people from "encouraging" or "advising" suicide on First Amendment grounds a couple years ago.
She's being indicted on "involuntary manslaughter" charges because they can't get on her on speech. I don't think they'll be able to make it stick.
I'm pretty sure it should probably be hammered into everyone's heads that you shouldn't take any comment seriously on 4chan
