Hiro, we don't have daylight saving time in Russia anymore, but 4chan thinks that we do and the post times are one hour ahead for me. Please fix it.

Ask Putler. We used to ovserve it just like the rest of Europe until, I believe, 2012. Then, for a couple of years, the daylight saving time (UTC+4 in Moscow) became permament: it didn't change for autumn and winter. Then, in 2014 we permamently switched to UTC+3 instead.
