Neutral Ideas to Make 4chan Better
-Make formatting possible.
-Make gifting advertising credits and captcha-free credits possible.
Your turn to list two things to make 4chan better.
-Eliminate 'culture'
-Slowly up the quality standards, at first giving short bans to those who don't comply
-Make each user have a randomly chosen alphanumeric id that is site-wide
-Ban proxies and dynamic ips
-Have posts of the hour/day/week/month/year which are given advertising credits and captcha-free credits proportional to their post's best-of time.
-Alright it's me the OP giving these two suggestions at a time, but I've run out of ideas because I have better things to do no offense, so please begin contributing to this thread.
-Eliminate 'memes'
-Re-design the banners and pictures to be less 'culture' and more 'reflective' meaning show posts that are getting a lot of replies or show threads that are getting a lot of views.
-Enforce English grammar rules and talking in English.
-Have sponsored/stickied threads each hour or few hours or at the beginning / at worst - each day where two elected and active contributors have a debate where another group of elected and active contributors decide on a winner.

Nothing personal but imo I think your ideas are pretty bad. Maybe the formatting but that's never going to happen. This is not a traditional forum like that.
Here are my two ideas:
-Bring back custom flags, if not on /pol/ then on [s4s] and/or /b/
-Make >>>/biz/rules/2 a new Global Rule

-Have a text only mode that loads the same threads as the with-images mode, the 'don't-show-thumbnails' option loads the images and then hides them, so it still uses bandwidth.
-Allow people to register e-mails so they can receive bitcoins for their good posts.
-Have a board where only members elected by votes because of good posts can post but other people can view, this will be an incentive and a guideline to post better / how to post better respectively.
-Experiment with a board where people's e-mail and face are shown (they can only post once they've activated their e-mail and proven that face is theirs)
Kill unnecessary generals.

Because this isn't reddit or facebook. The fact that you apparently automatically associate anonymity with shitposting speaks volumes about why your suggestions are so horrible.
