About 25% of threads on /co/ are currently Liveaction superhero media. This will only get worse as BvS actually premieres in the US, and compounded when shortly after Captain America 3 premieres. If there was actual discussion (like there is in most of the DD threads) it would be a different story but every big budget film thread is 90% shitposting.
Can we please get this shit off the board? Can it either go back on /tv/ or can we get a Cape board? At the very least force that shit into generals?
Comic books, especially non Superhero comic books, are nearly impossible to discuss over the spam of live action shit. Cartoons already dominated the board before now comics (the eponymous fucking subject of the board) are third to live action as well.
I don't want to hear "cape media is comics!!", it's not, you can't talk about artists, you can't talk about paneling, or coloring, you can't talk about the comic book writers and their styles. You can talk about /tv/ related shit like acting, cinematography and cgi, with people who know nothing about those things.
Can we please have some chemo for this shit

Your first idea to send them back to /tv/ where they belong and get bullied is perfect.
Unfortunately /cape/ is out of the question because you can't have a comics board without allowing capeshit, as the US comics industry is so creatively bankrupt it's just capeshit and newspaper 3 panels.
The genre's popularity at the moment is bullshit and it's stifling all other conversation on /co/.

You could just ban non comic/cartoon superhero media on /co/ with the creation of the cape board.
Comics and cartoons on /cape/ and /co/
Movies are on /cape/ and /tv/
Video games on /cape/ and /v/
