I could somewhat understand the cancer virus ads on the front page and archives (not really), but the inline ad service is taking it TOO FUCKING FAR. I've always been glad to unblock the inline ad service because I never had to worry and could trust it. But not fucking anymore.

Dumblord. 4chan has been serving ads through adzerk for years now. It had a custom domain like 4chanads.org or something but the ssl certificate expired so it's reverted to the default adzerk domain.
We use adzerk since 2012/13, go lurk more.
I don't know why we're connecting to google tho. Maybe SEO shit, which, in my opinion, is useless to imageboards.
