I recently changed from a 0.25ohm coil to a 0.5 ohm coil and noticed I can't fire it at my desired wattage without the mod reading a higher voltage than the 3.6v my battery supplies

Is this safe?

I know not to exceed the 15Amp limit on my battery but I'm nowhere near that if my calculations are correct

Why not replace the battery+resistor with a zippo-like fuel burner to prevent uncultured plebs from harming themselves and to make vaping off-topic on technology message boards?
