4chan should include a new feature similar to the spoiler option. It work exactly the same way except the icon would be different obviously and it was tell you that there is something NSFW behind it if you choose to click it.

No. That would make NSFW boards pointless and SFW boards would be filled with porn dump threads.

I have to agree with this guy. How is a board still SFW when people are still posting NSFW stuff? It defeats the very purpose of having a SFW board. I have no idea why the idea of someone not wanting to have NSFW content around them all the time is so confusing to some people. It's so easy to NOT post NSFW stuff.
