It's a tumblr meme.
I thought it was mildly funny for maybe one day when I saw the one with that fat dog, but on seeing it applied to random pointless/unfunny shit everywhere it's now clear to me it's one of those things only kids / teenagers find funny apparently nonstop. So it's a shitty unfunny/forced meme probably only underage like, in other words.
