How many boards have permanent stickies? Has anyone ever ranked them in order of effectiveness? What's the best stickied post and the worst for how often the board users adhere to what they say?

Do you like temporary stickied posts for special events on your home board(s)? What are some of your favorite regular ones?

I just read the sticky on >>>/out/ for the first time and it made me think how relatively straightforward it was compared to some other like /pol/ and /x/. I haven't looked at them all but /out/'s might the best one I've seen.

I'm glad people stopped posting Waha because it just makes me angry that the game she's from never got translated. You'd think the meme would have motivated someone to do it "for the lulz" but nope.
