Doubtful because I say it all the time. You're maybe too young to appreciate how badly a site admin can destroy a website if they mismanage it. Moot made a lot of personal sacrifices in order to keep 4chan good and never destroyed it for personal gain.

if Moot were a bad site admin, 4chan would be full of spam, pop-up advertisements for online casinos and porn sites, and would be offline constantly. That is, if it even existed at all and hadn't been shut down due to legal fears growing from all the government crackdowns and investigations it's been subjected to.
4chan's older community comprises denizens of other large "comedy" websites from the early 2000s such as SomethingAwful and YTMND - sites that were mismanaged to shit. 4chan blossomed because of the anonymous culture and lack of user registration, the good site interface and user experience, things which distinguished it from these other sites. SA died a death of irrelevance because it refused to evolve in any way and stuck with an old BB user-registration system (in addition to having a flat registration fee for posting on their site). YTMND on the other hand was completely mismanaged to death by the site admin who kept trying to find ways to make himself rich.
And you might think 4chan's user experience has not changed much, but it actually has quite a bit. A good example is auto-refreshing threads. 4chan extensions had been introduced that were allowing users to do this, and it was placing a lot of new stress on the servers. Instead of trying to ban the users from doing this, moot integrated it into the site as a feature because it's what the users wanted.
