There are many reasons but chief among them is that the userbase seems to feel alienated and leadership and guidance that only the Admin can provide. I say that based on having watched threads on /qa/ for a while and the way users on my own home boards react to the way the site is going. Mods sometimes either aren't willing or aren't able to communicate with the userbase in a meaningful manner, especially in regards to some of the recent mass bannings, and clarification on several issues and rules is needed. Much frustration and pent up confusion has resulted that could be resolved by letting users vent at the admin and ask questions, even if the admin insults them back like the previous one did. Plus some people are simply curious if Hiro would like to share any plans for the site or take any input from us about it. It doesn't have to be a chore, ideally it could be fun for all involved, provided it isn't as brief and chaotic as the last Q&A.

I don't mind it being on Hispachan or /qa/ honestly. Hispa is pretty much on our side in a sense, as they hate 8gag as much as we do. Plus they advertise here, meaning the owner of a site still uses 4chan. Hiro has also talked about the spam filters recently, and actually did bring up a good reason why we need them.
He is listening, however he seems to be dodging questions about the mods. I don't know why though. Do the mods threaten him that if he talks shit about them they'll walk away? Seriously why does he not talk about moderation?

It isn't the same. He owns this site and needs to administrate it or hire someone who can address these issues here. I'm sure he gets annoyed at the increasing barrage of questions and comments from 4chan users he gets on external sites like twitter enough as it is without 4chan users following him to this Hispachan Q&A to just to talk about 4chan.

hiro is unlikely to ever banter and shitpost like moot did because he's essentially an outside admin. Most of the memetic things that came out of his Q&A were due to the questions he was asking and sometimes his poor English.
