While this could definitely go a long way toward making 4chan a more inclusive and tolerant space for LGBTQIA+ folk (and it's sad that those guys genuinely want to kill that girl, to the extent that she's scared for her life,) I can't help but feel like this new policy could be easy abused. Opinions?

But, really, this is just making mods look even more SJW. I'd recommend them to stop doing this.
Also, the dev really should make a simple script to check if someone clicked on a 4chan link outside 4chan, then redirect the browser to another site because shit like this is why we have so many unwanted users.

You want me to define the word? I don't even agree with your premise, I'm just going to say it's "people I think sound stupid" because that's about as valid as any definition or qualifier you've presented. Therefore 4chan should just ban all people I think are stupid. Not by any kind of objective metric, but by my feelings.

There's about as many definitions for those words as there are people. Those words are meaningless. How about you actually say what criteria qualifies someone as being unwelcome?
Instead of using a poorly defined word, use concrete statements that can be objectively interpreted! Follow along with me here. Instead of saying "Moralfags should be banned" say:
"Users who hate child pornography should not post on 4chan."
"Users who think rape is not funny should be banned."
"Users who say that anything is morally objectionable should be banned."
Instead of saying "whiteknight" say:
"Users who say nice things about women should not post on 4chan."
"Users who talk about women without insulting them should not post on 4chan."
"Users who do not call for the mass extermination of transsexuals should be banned from 4chan."
