No
The entire feedback system is designed to prevent any interaction between the moderation/admin team and the users. Of course you used to be able to just email moot and usually even get a reply (even if it was "no, fuck off"). But now there are no email addresses that generate any response unless you want to buy advertising space.
Unfortunately while I imagine Hiro would probably like to be like moot, he simply can't speak english properly.
Good users are a dime a dozen on 4chan. We don't give a shit if any one of them gets banned. You're not supposed to have an identity here anyway. There is not a single person I would miss if they were banned because I wouldn't notice they were gone, or if I did notice, I'd be glad they were gone because they're NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MEMORABLE HERE.

Considering I joined in 2004, you were here "year" before me at best. I've seen people come and people go, and the userS are very important, but the user is not. The user is supposed to be banned for no reason as a joke, and then to stay banned forever because it's funnier that way. 4chan users are like a homelessness problem. We're expendable. Honestly, you're lucky that being banned doesn't prevent you from reading the website anymore so at least you can lurk now if you're banned.

I'm sick of appealing my bans. It's not my fault I have to use my Uni accoms internet which uses a VPN. Just got unbanned, give it 3 hours and I'll be banned again.

What we really need to do, I think, is get full IPv6 support online. That way you could solve the problem by getting a very cheap private address block from a tunnel broker and you wouldn't have to deal with your university's NAT system.
I'm lucky to go to a place that has a big enough subnet from the olden days to give you a unique v4 address for every device you register, but that's far from the usual setup anymore.
