It's been like 5 years since I first saw this image and people are still parading it around as an objective measure of a villains worth.
I mean according to the image a god-tier villain isn't even a fucking villain. Why does this shit still get posted? You'd think people are just baiting but there are people that honestly value a fictional character's worth according to this chart
oxymandias was a pawn, but he was still a villain.
his motive to create a one world government was inherently evil, and even john explains to him his efforts will be ultimately futile.

You are kinda dumb. He posted it on a board that people like to use for meta discussion. This is a great place to discuss something like this.
I only want competence in my villains, I don't actually care what their motives are as long as they're believable.
As for the question the OP was actually asking, I don't get bothered by anything until it's posted for the 100th time, particularly when it's one of those godawful "educational" pictures that's trying to make a point.
