Do you hold your breath while you fap?
What's the consensus on holding breath while fapping?
I think most people quit fapping due to the negatives of holding your breath while fapping, and not of fapping per se.
And I think statistics that say that masturbating has none of the positive health impacts that regular sex does, are only so because most men hold their breath while fapping.
